Dr. Ulric Bigby is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon with over a decade of experience in the medical field. He specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery, offering a range of services that include non-operative arthritis care, fracture treatment, and physical therapy.

Dr. Ulric Bigby's educational journey started at Florida A&M University, where he majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry, graduating Cum Laude. He then earned his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine.
Dr. Ulric Bigby has an extensive professional history, starting as a Preliminary Surgery Resident at Rush University Medical Center. He then served as an Orthopaedic Surgery Resident at Howard University Hospital, followed by an Adult Reconstruction Fellow at the world renowned University of Pennsylvania, where he trained under some of the most recognized names in orthopaedic surgery.
His career journey took him back to the DC area, where he worked as an Orthopaedic Surgeon with the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group before joining Bay Area Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine.
Throughout his academic and professional career, Dr. Ulric Bigby has received numerous awards and honors. During his residency, he received the Highest Score on the 2013 Orthopaedic In-Training Examination.
